Are parents allowed to attend the tour?

Each tour is customized to the school. Some tours allow parents with an adult price and some do not allow parents. Please check with your school’s group leader.

What’s included in the tour costs?

Our tours are all inclusive. Transportation, accommodations, city attractions, activities, meals as specified on the itinerary, tips, taxes, and admissions.

What type of hotels does Smart Student Travel use for their tours?

The hotels we use are evaluated for high quality, safety, and amenities. Commonly used hotels include Marriott, Hampton Inn, Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Doubletree, Crown Plaza, Hyatt, and Embassy Suites. 

What are my options for paying for a tour?

You can pay your tour in full, or you can use our EZ payment plan to make small payment. We accept credit/debit cards and personal checks. However, there is a small convenience fee for using credit cards.

In addition, some schools choose to collect your payments at school while other schools allow you to pay directly to Smart Student Travel online. Please consult with your group leader.
